Ukiyo Wood - Glass & Stainless Steel Tea Infuser

A loose-leaf tea setup in one mug: steep, lift the filter out, drink.

A removable filter means the tea stops brewing when you decide it should. Leaves left sitting in the water keep releasing bitterness. This filter lifts out in one move and rests on the upturned lid, so nothing drips on the table.

Usage

1. Put loose-leaf tea in the filter: about 1 teaspoon for every 8 ounces of water.
2. Pour in water at the right temperature for your tea. Our guide to tea types has each one.
3. Put the lid on and steep. When the time’s up, lift the filter out and set it on the upturned lid.

It works the same way for herbal and fruit infusions.
