Business Inquiries

For collaborations, wholesale, press or anything else business-related, write to ohayou@brewsensei.com. We read everything. Good ideas don't need to shout to get our attention.

What we're open to

• Collaborations. Artists, illustrators and other small brands whose work sits somewhere near ours: anime, coffee, tea, or some mix of the three. Limited runs, shared merch, or something we haven't thought of yet.
• Stockists and wholesale. If you run a café, tea shop or store and want Brew Sensei on your shelves, tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you plainly what we can do.
• Press and features. Writers, podcasters and video creators covering coffee, tea or anime. We're glad to talk about the brand, the characters or the brewing.
• Using Kinako, Macha or our artwork. If you'd like to use any of it in something of your own, ask here first.
• Brands who'd like a mention. We only write about things we'd use ourselves, and anything sponsored, gifted or linked for a commission says so on the page.

What to put in the email

Enough for us to say yes without having to write back and ask. Tell us who you are and where we can see your work, what you're proposing as specifically as you can put it, and any dates that matter. For wholesale, add rough quantities and where you're based.

A short email with a link beats a long one with attachments. We'll open a link long before we open a forty-page deck.

What happens next

Every message gets read, usually by Macha, who has banned Kinako from the inbox. If it's a fit, you'll hear back. Not every idea is right for us, and a quiet no says nothing about whether the idea was a good one.
